media. Raw USB boot exposed a duplicate HFS+ live-volume label in that ISO.
Use `hydra-os-usb-fixed.iso` for USB installation; its unchanged system payload
now passes both USB and CD-ROM live boot, graphical-session and shutdown checks.
The updated source suite passes **439 tests**. See the
