Wave 3: refactor generators batch 1 to crypto random

- refactor(generators): migrate Card, Coin, Color, Country to crypto random
- refactor(generators): migrate Date, Emoji, FontPair to crypto random
- refactor(dice): deduplicate DiceGenerator by importing from dice-engine.ts
