## [2026-05-15T17:51:51+03:00] Blocker: Boulder tracking out of sync
All tasks in dm-dashboard-redesign.md are complete (T0-T18, F1-F4 all marked [x]).
Build passes, tests pass (Vitest 148/148, Playwright 50/50), code committed (1c38df7).
F1-F4 Final Verification all APPROVED.
However, boulder.json shows status=active with empty task_sessions (0/0 completed).
This appears to be due to session compaction wiping task session data.
The plan file has all checkboxes marked, but the boulder completion hook never fired
because the checkboxes were already [x] at session start (set in a previous session).
No actual work remains. The boulder needs to be marked completed manually or via
the completeBoulder() hook, but this requires the system to recognize the plan as done.
